Sizing & Handling

You can determine the correct size by measuring the length of your outstretched palm – from the tip of your middle finger to the first skin fold of your wrist. The straps should fit between the The first and second phalanges are in place. If the holes are too small, you can carefully enlarge them with sandpaper.

• Wear the straps between the 1st and 2nd phalanx .
• If the holes are too small, enlarge them only with sandpaper – do not use knives or scissors.
• If the holes are too big, you can use cotton sports tape to help secure your fingers.
• For additional protection of your wrist, we recommend sweatbands in various designs.

After training, remove sweat and magnesium with a slightly damp cloth and then wipe dry. For occasional care, we recommend using a little leather grease or leather balm – apply sparingly to maintain stability. Please do not soak, do not machine wash, or dry on a radiator. Avoid direct sunlight.
