Shipping policy

1. Shipping countries and delivery times

We deliver within Germany and the European Union.

The delivery time for Germany is:
• for products in stock: 2–4 days,
• for products not in stock (special order items): approx. 12–17 days.
• for Bänfer apparatus's: approx. 5 weeks.

The delivery time for the EU is:
• for products in stock: 2–8 days,
• for products not in stock (special order items): approx. 12–21 days.
• for Bänfer apparatus's: approx. 6 weeks.

The specific delivery time is displayed directly on the product page and at checkout.

2. Shipping costs

Germany:

The shipping costs are €4.99.
We deliver free of charge for orders over €80.

EU:

The shipping costs are €7.99.
We deliver free of charge for orders over €100.

Products that are eligible for free shipping are marked accordingly.
For mixed orders, only the shipping costs for the items that require shipping will be charged.

3. Processing and shipping time

Orders for items in stock that are received on weekdays by 12 noon will be shipped on the same day, or at the latest on the next working day.
In the case of goods that need to be ordered, we will inform you if there are any delays.

4. Restrictions

We currently only deliver to Germany.
It is not possible to checkout with a shipping address outside Germany.
