Types of grips and their applications

  • high bar grips: Equipped with three finger holes and a roller, they offer optimized grip during dynamic exercises on the horizontal bar.
  • Uneven bars grips: Two finger holes and a thinner shape ensure optimal grip when doing gymnastics on the uneven bars.
