                  The standard two-hole hand guards with colored hook-and-loop fasteners are made of white-tanned leather. This is a simple model for younger gymnasts and ideal for beginners.

Important handling instructions
- Wear the grips on the upper finger joint.
 - If the holes are too small, enlarge them only with sandpaper – do not use knives or scissors.
 - If the holes are too big, you can use cotton sports tape to help secure your fingers.
 - For additional protection of your wrist, we recommend sweatbands in various designs.
